Though I’m throwing off my dairy-free diet, I’m going on a spring break diet…
I’ll call it my Mad March to Victory.
I’m not going to compromise my nutrition, I’m calling it “Mad March” for a reason… I don’t want to lose weight, just want to put on some muscle (not like this) and get in shape for spring break.
